Returns & Refunds Policy

At Scorpio the label we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases.  

If an item arrives damaged please contact us straight away.  
Unfortunately due to hygiene we do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind, (even if item is still in packaging) so please read item information thoroughly.  

We do our best to have accurate images and information for all items, we understand there is nothing worse than being dissatisfied with a purchase you've been looking forward to, so please contact us before you purchase if you have any questions.  

How do I care for my Scorpio Jewellery?

You can clean your plated jewellery with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt when needed. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold plated jewellery using a soft cloth helps restore shine. Do NOT use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.

General rule, place your jewellery on last, after all lotions and perfumes, avoid water and take jewellery off when exercising or swimming.  Exposure to water and other chemicals will cause it to tarnish easily.  

To avoid scratches, wrap your jewellery in a soft cloth or keep it in the pouch provided, ensuring each earring is kept seperate as they can scratch each other!

I haven't received my order confirmation email?

How do I know if my order has been posted?

We always aim to ship within 48 hours of your order being placed.  We use Sendle to deliver all our online orders. Once your parcel has been scanned by Sendle you will receive an email notification. Regular delivery updates will follow after that.

My item has arrived damaged, what now? 

It’s extremely rare that this will be an issue, however if your item hasn’t arrived in the expected time frame or has arrived damaged, simply contact us at scorpiothelabel@gmail.com & we will follow it up with you.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Not at the moment but gift vouchers will be coming soon!  We aim to offer gift vouchers with a range of values, which can be redeemed in our online store. These will make the perfect gift for any of your queens!
