Shipping policy

We always aim to ship within 48 hours of your order being placed.  We use Sendle to deliver all our online orders. Once your parcel has been scanned by Sendle you will receive an email notification. Regular delivery updates will follow after that. 

All postage and handling prices are AUD unless otherwise stated.

Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering. 

Due to ongoing staff shortages among postal networks, International orders may take up to four weeks. Sorry this is beyond our control.
